Ingredients

15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon half & half or heavy cream

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor* and blend until smooth & creamy consistency
Spread layer of ricotta mixture (about 1/2 inch) on a cheese board or serving plate
Add various toppings (see options below) and serve with crackers

Notes

* If you don’t have a food processor could use a hand mixer
