Ingredients
- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon half & half or heavy cream
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor* and blend until smooth & creamy consistency
- Spread layer of ricotta mixture (about 1/2 inch) on a cheese board or serving plate
- Add various toppings (see options below) and serve with crackers
