This Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake is the perfect single-serving treat that is gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free! Plus, it’s Paleo and Keto-friendly. Could it get any better?!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 flax “egg” (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)

Instructions

  1. First make the flax egg by mixing flax with water and let sit for 5 minutes
  2. In a bowl combine all of the dry ingredients, then mix in the flax egg
  3. Transfer to a mug or small bowl and microwave for 60 second, then add whatever toppings you’d like.
