My Greek Layer Dip with Whipped Feta combines all your favorite Greek food ingredients into one unique and easy recipe! It’s quick, easy, and perfect for parties. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz block feta, drained
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 10 oz hummus
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • remaining juice of the lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • fresh pita or pita chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest in a food processor. Blend until creamy & smooth consistency (add more olive oil if needed)
  2. Spread feta to bottom of 9-inch pie or baking dish, then evenly spread on layer of hummus
  3. Evenly add layers of cucumber, tomatoes, olives and onion
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and sprinkle on parsley
  5. Enjoy by dipping with fresh pita, pita chips or crackers
