Get ready for your new favorite way to make mac & cheese — in the crock pot! My recipe for Crock Pot Mac & Cheese comes out extra creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound uncooked pasta of choice
  • two 10.5 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup freshly shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta as directed until very al dente (2-3 minutes less than recommended time). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Add cooled pasta and the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together to combine.
  3. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes (scraping sides and bottom so doesn’t stick).
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
