These S’mores Baked Oats are like cake for breakfast! Made with the famous flavor combination of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers. A decadent breakfast you’ll want to make on repeat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 23 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
  • 1 sheet graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. First make the flax “egg” by combining flaxseed meal with water in a small cup or bowl and let sit for 5 minutes
  3. Put oats, baking powder, flax egg, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla and milk into a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Fold in the chocolate chips
  4. Pour into a greased oven-safe bowl and bake for 20-22 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows, then place until broiler for 2 minutes
  6. Top with crushed graham cracker and enjoy!
