Protein Peanut Butter Cups are a healthier version of everyone’s favorite candy — Reese’s! Made with only five ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes, these are the simplest and most decadent treat.

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin pan with baking cups and spray with nonstick spray*
  2. In a bowl mix together peanut butter, protein powder and honey
  3. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until fully melted **
  4. Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into each baking up, then about 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture, formed into small discs
  5. Top with more melted chocolate so that the peanut butter is fully covered
  6. Place muffin pan in the freezer for at least 20 for chocolate to harden
  7. Keep stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or for longer in the refrigerator or freezer

** You could also melt in a small stovetop pot if you don’t want to use the microwave
