health benefits of chia seeds
If youāre familiar with chia seeds, theyāre a superfood you should consider adding into your diet. Theyāre full of fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, essential minerals and antioxidants.
Chia pudding is also a great breakfast because you can make it ahead and store in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week. This recipe yields one serving, but can easily be made into a larger batch.
to make vegan
- You can easily swap in your favorite nondairy yogurt and milk! Note that the protein content would drop if so
- Be sure to use dairy-free chocolate chips. Some of my favorites are Hu Kitchen Gems and Enjoy Life
