Everyone’s favorite game-day dip is getting a high protein makeover. Yes, we’re making High Protein French Onion Dip with just 2 simple ingredients! 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (I like using full fat)
  • 4 tablespoons French onion dip mix
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion (optional for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons crispy onions (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt and French onion dip mix into a bowl and mix well until fully combined
  2. Top with green onions and/or crispy onions and serve with chips, vegetables, or crackers
