Combine just a few simple ingredients to get this satisfying and healthy(ish) High Protein Cannoli Dip! Pairs perfectly with cookies, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • graham crackers, pretzels, fruit or waffle cones for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth & creamy consistency
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in chocolate chips
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, fruit or waffle cones for dipping
