The EASIEST Low Carb Frozen Peanut Butter Fudge Bars. Vegan & Keto-friendly, just a few simple ingredients needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/3 cup crushed low sugar chocolate
  • flaky sea salt topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together peanut butter, coconut oil, monk fruit sweetener and vanilla. Combine well
  2. Transfer to a parchment-lined 8×8 baking dish
  3. Top with crushed chocolate and flaky sea salt
  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares
  5. Eat frozen and store in freezer
