They may only be a Thanksgiving appetizer, but these Cranberry Brie Stuffed Biscuits will be everyone’s favorite part of the meal. A no-fail recipe that’s ready in 30 minutes! 

Ingredients

  • one 16.3 ounce tube biscuit dough
  • one 8 ounce wheel brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Open biscuit dough, slice each biscuit in half, and pull to spread it out a bit. Place on baking sheet
  3. To the center of each biscuit half add a 1-inch cube of brie and 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
  4. Fold up edges of biscuit and pinch to seal at the top, then place seam side down on baking sheet
  5. In a small bowl whisk together butter, thyme and rosemary. Brush over each stuffed biscuit
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until top of stuffed biscuits are golden brown
  7. Best enjoyed immediately while still warm
