Cottage cheese is having its moment! Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip is a savory, high-protein and keto-friendly dish that can be served as a meal or a snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese (I like using full fat)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (+ some more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • 812 slices uncured pepperoni
  • Bruschetta crisps, crackers or pepper slices for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until reaches a smooth & creamy consistency
  3. To a large bowl add blended cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sauce and spices and mix until well combined
  4. Transfer to a 11×7 casserole dish. Top evenly with a layer or more shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm served with Bruschetta crisps, crackers or pepper slices for dipping
