Copycat Shake Shack Cheeseburger Bowl

5 from 1 review

This homemade Shake Shack Cheeseburger Bowl is just like their delicious Shackburger, but in a healthier bowl form that is perfect for lunches. Gluten-free and made complete with the famous (copycat) ShackSauce!

Ingredients

Scale

Bowl ingredients:

  • 16oz bag frozen crinkle cut French fries*, prepared as directed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef (I used 85% lean)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 45 cups green leaf lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced fresh tomato
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • pickle slices (optional)

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing French fries as directed, either in oven or air fryer
  2. Add oil to a large stovetop pan and heat to medium. Add ground beef to pan, use a spatula to break it up, add all of the seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is brown and fully cooked
  3. Add all sauce ingredients to a bowl and combine well
  4. Time to assemble! I like using wide, shallow bowls and fill a quarter of the bowl with lettuce, a quarter with French fries, a quarter with ground beef, and remaining quarter with cheese, tomato and onion
  5. Drizzle sauce over everything and enjoy!
