These Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats couldn’t simpler—or more delicious. All you need is 5 ingredients and 15 minutes of prep to a sweet treat packed with 10g of protein per serving.

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by lining with parchment paper and/or spray with cooking spray
  2. Melt butter in a large pot or sauce pan over low heat, then whisk in peanut butter until fully combined
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted
  4. Turn off heat and quickly stir in protein powder. Make sure to mix out any lumps
  5. Add cereal and stir until combined
  6. Transfer mixture to baking dish and press down using a greased spatula or parchment paper
  7. Allow to cool and set for at least 2 hours before cutting into 12 squares
