This Air Fried Parmesan Cauliflower Gnocchi is the most delicious and easy way to prepare cauliflower gnocchi! All you need is a few ingredients and an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • one 12oz package of frozen cauliflower gnocchi
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 23 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Allow gnocchi to thaw by either placing at room temperature, or defrosting in the microwave
  2. Place in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil
  3. Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper and toss until gnocchi is coated
  4. Transfer to air fryer and air fry at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes,* tossing midway and breaking up the gnocchi so it doesn’t stick together
  5. Serve with marinara sauce
