Not only are these bars incredibly delicious — you’re going to want more than one, that’s for sure — but they are also so easy to make. Can these be made gluten-free?
So, you might wondering if you can make this recipe gluten-free. The answer? Yes! Simply use your favorite 1:1 gluten-free flour. My favorite gluten-free flours are Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten-Free Baking Flour, King Arthur Measure For Measure and Pillsbury Gluten-Free Flour Blend.
In addition, oat flour would work as well. However, I would not recommend using almond flour or coconut flour.
As always, if you make these blondies or any of my other recipes I’d love to know how they turned out. Please leave a review, and be sure to tag me on Instagram @Hungry.Blonde! xoxo GG
