It’s that time of year again…the HOLIDAYS are right around the corner! I don’t know about you, but I love the opportunity to get my friends and family unique gifts for the holidays that they might not think to get for themselves. And since everyone could use more wellness in their life, I thought it would be fun to do a round up of wellness gift ideas from beauty to fashion & more.
10 Wellness Gift Ideas for the Holidays
1. ClassPass Subscription
I love the idea of getting people subscriptions as a gift because it’s something fun yet useful, and who doesn’t love free fitness classes? ClassPass is in 39 cities across the country, and you can gift someone with any amount you’d like via the ClassPass gift portal.
2. Sakara Life Subscription
Speaking of subscriptions, if you follow me on Instagram you know I LOVE Sakara Life. They have ready-to-eat meal program options (all organic, plant-based & gluten-free) and a more affordable “10 day reset” option. This is great for the person you know will want a bit of a post-holiday detox.
3. Blue Light Blocking Glasses
Let’s be real – we live in a time where it’s pretty much unavoidable to be on our computers/phones throughout the day, and it’s becoming more and more evident that blue light can cause damage to our vision. The simple fix is these blue light blocking glasses, which also happen to be super affordable via Amazon (under $20!). They come with a tester too, so you know they work.
4. Jade Roller
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably seen that jade rollers are a must in the beauty/wellness world. I was a bit skeptic before getting my own, but now I’m hooked! I use it just about every morning and really notice it helps reduce puffiness. I have this one from Herbivore, via Sephora. It’s great quality – has stayed in good shape and doesn’t squeak at all (as I’ve heard some others can).
5. Air Fryer
I’m not going to lie – I don’t actually have an air fryer, but I’ve heard people swear by them and would love one myself one day. This is a great gift option for someone who loves healthy cooking. Apparently this one by Philips is the best, but this Avalon Bay air fryer is a more affordable option.
6. Frank Body
Frank Body coffee scrubs are great for the self-care loving gal(s) in your life. They have a ton of products for face, lips, body etc. that are all natural, non-toxic & cruelty-free. This Original Introduction Kit is a nice option for a gift.
7. adidas Gym Bag
For your fitness-lover friends, I love the idea of getting them a brand new gym bag (because we all know that’s something they should replace more often than they do ;)). adidas has a great line of bags & backpacks for both men and women in a range of price points. They also have a ton of different styles and colors to choose from. I love the Daybreak 2 Backpack (in Burgundy Heather) and the adidas by Stella McCartney Medium Yoga Bag in Pearl Rose.
8. Apple Airpods
I honestly don’t know how I lived without my Airpods. They are so discrete, convenient, and comfortable when on-the-go or working out. This is a gift for someone you want to seriously impress – perhaps a new boyfriend? 😉
9. Pure Essential Oil Blends
PURE is what you get when you combine two of everyone’s favorite wellness products: essentials oils + hemp oil. My favorite is the Sleep Remedy blend of lavender + CBD – it helps me get relaxed, deep sleep. All of the oils smell amazing and include the calming effects of CBD.
10. adidas Customized Stan Smith Shoes
I mean, who doesn’t love customization? Shoes can be a bit of a difficult gift depending on how well you know someone’s style preferences, so I love how adidas brings the world of fitness/sports together with personal style. For just $110 you can give a guy or girl in your life the gift of personalizing their very own kicks!
