When you’re in a pinch but want a satisfying dinner for you and your family, look no further than this Gnocchi and Meatballs Recipe! I like to think of it as a fun and easy twist on the classic spaghetti and meatballs.
So, we know gnocchi is a superior pasta. However, who wants to go through the hassle of making it?! Lucky for us, Trader Joe’s has some exceptional frozen gnocchi choices. And they’re all delicious! Now, I’m a huge fan of their Cauliflower Gnocchi, which I’ve used to make my Crispy Cauliflower Gnocchi and my Parmesean Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipes. In this case, I use their Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina and it gives the recipe amazing flavor from the sauce.
