You’re going to be craving this Ultimate Air Fryer Breakfast Burrito every morning. Ready in only 15 minutes, this is one of the easiest, most delicious breakfasts! 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large (10-12 inch) flour tortilla
  • 23 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup refried beans
  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup fried or roasted potatoes
  • 12 tablespoons salsa
  • 12 tablespoons guacamole or avocado

Instructions

  1. Assemble all ingredients (in any order) down the center of tortilla, leaving at least 2 inches around entire tortilla
  2. Roll up tightly into a burrito, place in air fryer and spray top with some olive oil cooking spray
  3. Air fry at 450 degrees for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
