The easiest, most satisfying, and family friendly dinner! My Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken is made with just three ingredients.
1. Place chicken thighs and garlic in Crockpot, then evenly sprinkle on salt, pepper and coconut sugar
2. Give a quick toss then cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
3. Use 2 forks to shred chicken
I don’t include salt & pepper as ingredients because they’re kitchen staples, hence referring to this as a “3 ingredient” recipe
When you first place everything in Crockpot you may think “this needs some liquid” – but trust me, it doesn’t! As everything cooks, it will release its own liquids to keep moist and tender
