This Dairy-Free Salted Cashew Butter Frosting is the a delicious sweet & salty addition to your favorite brownies, cake or cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted dairy-free butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon nondairy milk
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

Using a hand mixer beat together butter and cashew butter, then powdered sugar, then vanilla and milk. Continue until smooth consistency and spread on cooled brownies, cake or cupcakes. Top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
