If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed that American Cut NYC is one of my most frequently visited restaurants in the city. I mean, can you blame me?
My best friend Sydney was the first to introduce AC to my friends and I. True story – she decided on it as a place to take her parents when they were in town, based mostly on the fact that it looked like they had comfortable chairs. She was right about that.
But American Cut is more than just comfortable seating. It’s one of those restaurants that just seems to get everything right – from the service, to the ambiance, and of course – the food. It’s that across-the-board excellence that makes me a huge fan of LDV Hospitality & Chef Marc Forgione restaurants in general.

I’ve been to both the Tribeca and Midtown locations dozens of times, and while both are great I must say I prefer the overall experience of the Tribeca location. American Cut is the perfect restaurant to recommend to people, especially if you have friends/family visiting in town. It’s an incredible dining experience with food that everyone will love.
