It doesn’t get much easier than these Nutella Brownie Batter Bites. Just 5 ingredients needed, no baking required, and they’re gluten-free. A healthier kid-friendly treat!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together Nutella, maple syrup and vanilla
  2. Then mix in the coconut flour as well as possible. Add tablespoon of milk to help bring it all together. Lastly mix in the chocolate chips
  3. Roll batter into 12 balls. Sprinkle with sea salt
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve chilled. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer
