Keto Chocolate Mousse is a simple single serving recipe for when you want something sweet, but still healthy. Plus, it’s loaded with protein! Keep scrolling for the recipe.
This Keto Chocolate Mousse is actually a concoction I have been eating for years. Sometimes I have it as a breakfast, other times as a snack or even a dessert. So, I figured it was about time it got a blog post of its own. It’s so easy to make with just a few ingredients. Now, here’s how to make it.

Keto Chocolate Mousse
Key ingredients:
- 1 container (7 oz) Greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage, full fat)
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
Optional ingredients:
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder, vanilla or chocolate flavor
- sweetener of choice (stevia, honey, maple syrup etc.)
- any toppings or mix-ins you’d like
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder & sweetener. Fold it in carefully at first, as it can take a while to combine and you don’t want to get the powders all over you 😉 Some of my favorite topping ideas: nut butter, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, fresh fruit, or crushed nuts.
As the title suggests, this is a great Keto-friendly option when you want something on the sweet side. If you really want to take it up a notch you can combine everything using a hand-mixer, which makes it even fluffier. You could even pop it into the freezer for a bit and turn it into a mock ice cream!
