What kind of yogurt should I use?
In this case, I used plain, 2% FAGE Greek yogurt. However, if you don’t want to flavor/sweeten your yogurt you can omit the vanilla extract and sweetener, or you can opt for a vanilla flavored yogurt.
You can also use any yogurt you like, but I always go for Greek yogurt because it has high protein content.
Where do I find the Keto cookies?
The cookies I used are HighKey Vanilla Shortbread Cookies. They are Keto-friendly, gluten-free, grain-free, and SO delicious! I love them in every variety, but this vanilla wafer is perfect in this recipe.
Other variations:
- Instead of the cookies you could use your favorite cereal or granola
- Any other berries or fruit would be a delicious addition!
- Add a spoonful of nut butter or sprinkle of hemp seeds for more healthy fats

What do you think of Graham crackers instead of the cookies here? I’m getting away from packaged goods these days & made some refined sugar-free/gluten-free graham crackers this week- thinking they may be divine. Also, any thoughts on stirring some protein powder into the yogurt or doing a whipped cottage cheese bowl…? Strawberry anythingg🍓♥️
