  1. In a large bowl whisk together cashew butter and honey
  2. Mix in the coconut flour until combined, then the chocolate chips
  3. Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate or baking sheet
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  5. Can be stored in fridge for about a week or in the freezer for longer. Makes 12-16 balls
