For when you want Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies, this is the recipe for you. These cookies are not only delicious but they’re also low sugar, grain-free and gluten-free. Keto-friendly!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter OR coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl mix together the almond flour, baking powder and salt
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together butter, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla and egg
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and walnuts
  5. Chill dough for 10 minutes in the refrigerator
  6. Form dough in 12-15 balls and press down into discs
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes and transfer to cooling rack
