A couple of week’s ago I shared with you my #LiveFull goals for 2017, and I’m happy to report I’ve been sticking to them and continuing to see positive results!
Today I wanted to chat a little bit more in depth about one of my goals, which also happened to be the most difficult for me (if we’re being honest), and that’s smarter snacking.
This year as I focus on my #LiveFull goals with the theme of ADDING rather than removing things from my life, I realized that in the past I had gone about smarter snacking and healthy eating all wrong. In an attempt to get healthier or get in shape I found myself trying to cut things out of my daily eating routine.
While it’s not always a bad idea to cut out things that might not be making us feel our best, for me that method always seemed to leave me feeling deprived, and quite frankly I was left eating boring and bland foods that I didn’t even enjoy. Who is going to stick to a long-term routine that they don’t even enjoy?!
So this year, I decided to try something new. In order to be consistent I realized that I needed to have go-to healthy snacks and meals that fill me up and are full of nutrients, but that are also delicious!
Enter: my new favorite Yoplait Greek 100 Protein.
