Apparently I’m very much into 3 Ingredient Fudge these days, but I have a feeling you are too. Cuz like…fudge. And like…3 ingredients. And this Granola Butter Fudge is another super simple recipe that will give you a treat perfect to store in the freezer for when that sweet tooth comes a-knockin’.
Which, if you’re anything like me, is approx every 3 hours. What can I say…I was born this way. Here’s how to make it.
3 Ingredient Granola Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 jar Kween & Co Granola Butter
- 3/4 cup Hu Kitchen gems (code GRACIE for free shipping)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
- Make sure the jar of granola butter is stirred (to combine and oil separation) and spread evenly into baking dish. Freeze until completely set – at least 30 minutes
- In a small pot heat the chocolate gems + coconut oil, continuously whisking until completely melted. Let cool for 5 minutes
- Once the granola butter base is set, evenly spread the chocolate on top, and freeze for another 15-20 minutes
- Cut into squares and enjoy! Store in the freezer
If you haven’t tried granola butter yet, you are in for a TREAT. It’s exactly what it sounds like – spreadable granola! Not only is it insanely good (tastes like Teddy Grahams/cookie butter), but it’s a great nut-free option to spread on toast, dip fruit in, or obv make into fudge. I may be biased, but I lean toward the latter.
This recipe is vegan and gluten-free, however if you use the granola butter with collagen or a chocolate with dairy it will not be.
As always, if you make this 3 Ingredient Granola Butter Fudge or any of my other recipes I’d love to see how they turn out! Be sure to tag me on Instagram @hungry.blonde
