Easiest Ever 4 Ingredient Energy Bites ~ Toddler and Kid Friendly, No Refined Sugar!

This recipe for easy energy bites requires just four ingredients plus it’s toddler and kid friendly without any refined sugar! It doesn’t get better than that.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup creamy nut butter of choice
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Place dates in food processor and pulse until it reaches a paste-like consistency
  2. To the food processor add nut butter, oats and coconut oil. Pulse/blend until fully combined
  3. Transfer to a bowl and use your hands to form into a dough*
  4. Form dough into 10-12 small balls, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set. Keep stored in the refrigerator

Notes

*If the mixture is still too dry after combining with your hands, you can add an additional 1/2 teaspoon of melted coconut oil at a time until it combines fully
