I’ve been sharing a lot on Instagram how much eating more protein has benefitted my health. Plus, I’ve been loving to find ways to incorporate more protein into some of my favorite snacks or sweet treats. Now, for this Double Chocolate Protein S’mores Bowl I took the base of my Keto Chocolate Mousse and added everyone’s favorite S’MORES toppings. Not only is the result such a fun and delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth, but it also gives you almost 40 grams of protein!

Where does the protein come from in this Chocolate Protein S’mores Bowl?
Good question! Obviously, at first glance, you probably wouldn’t guess that this bowl is jam-packed with protein. It looks like a regular dessert! Well, the secret lies in both the Greek yogurt and the chocolate protein powder. Actually, one serving of Greek yogurt clocks in at around 17 grams of protein. In addition, a scoop of protein powder comes in at ~20 grams. If you are looking for a good chocolate protein powder, then I recommend Iconic Chocolate Truffle.
But what if I don’t like the flavor of protein powder?
So, protein powder can be polarizing. I find that it mixes extremely well into yogurt, and you really can’t taste it at all. However, if you aren’t a fan of protein powders you can use plain cocoa powder to get the same taste! The protein will be slightly less, but the bowl will remain just as sweet and satisfying.

In a small bowl combine yogurt, chocolate protein powder, vanilla and sweetener. Combine well then top with marshmallows, chocolate chips & crushed graham crackers
