Being a full-time blogger is weird. Even though I’ve been at the game for almost 10 years, I’ve only been doing this full time for about 1, and it still doesn’t feel normal. Some days are jam-packed and it feels like I’ll never get everything done, and other days are super slow and I’m trying to find things to do. Those days are actually pretty nice because I can do the less-important tasks I’ve been putting off for-ev-er…
Today was kind of an in-between today. I had my Tiny’s collab launch event this evening, so I planned on keep the day pretty chill so I’d be as “on” as possible for that. But it still ended up being a pretty productive day, which was nice. Here’s a look at this day in the life for me.
7am: wake
7-7:45: drink coffee, sit in bed, devotion/prayer time
7:45-8: mini workout in my room
8-8:30: get ready, leave apartment
8:30-9:15: went to Rent The Runway to grab a couple of pink clothes options for the event (I literally don’t own any pink, ha)
9:30: eat breakfast in the park
10: meet with Nao Wellness founder Nikki, chat about ways we can collab, did a 30 minute infrared sauna
11-12:30: walk to Maman, have coffee with Monica
1pm: get home, have lunch
1-4: work (emails, write copy for campaigns, post + engage on Instagram, prepare this blog post, etc.)
4-4:30: relax
4:30-5:30: get ready for event, leave apartment
6:30-9: celebrating our collab benefitting Breast Cancer Research Foundation at Tiny’s
9:45: get home, do nighttime routine (skincare, tea, chocolate), watch some Mad Men, publish this post, engage on Instagram
10:30: go to sleep
It was a nice day, and my heart is so full from tonight’s event. Thank you so much to everyone who came + for the continued support throughout October!
