This Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge is one of those “how can something so simple be so delicious??” kind of recipes. It doesn’t hurt that it’s also made with just 3 better-for-you ingredients!
You won’t believe how decadent this fudge is for having just 3 clean ingredients. Depending on the chocolate chips you use, this fudge is easy to make: vegan, Paleo, and/or Keto-friendly.
3 Ingredient Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1 cup coconut butter/manna (not coconut oil)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Melt the coconut butter and/or cashew butter either stovetop or in the microwave
- Whisk together well, then mix in the chocolate chips
- Pour into a parchment lined 8×8 baking dish and freeze for at least 30 minutes
- Cut into squares and store in the freezer
What chocolate chips should I use?
For vegan/Paleo fudge use Hu chocolate gems or Hu chocolate chips
For Keto fudge use Lily’s chocolate chips or Bake Believe chocolate chips
This Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge is the perfect treat to store in the freezer + have on hand at all times, so you might want to consider doubling the recipe too.
You could swap in another favorite nut butter, but I find that cashew butter lends the most to a cookie dough flavor. You can also add in any other mix-ins like chopped nuts, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or even sprinkles if you’re feeling particularly festive.
