Ingredients and Substitutions for Chocolate Covered Frozen Raspberries
What Greek Yogurt should I use?
In this case, I like using 2% or full fat Greek yogurt because it’s richer and creamier, but you can use any fat percentage you’d like. My favorite brand is Fage. You could also use a flavored Greek yogurt! In addition, vanilla or berry flavored would be delicious.
What chocolate should I use?
So, you can use any chocolate you like – milk chocolate, dark chocolate or even white chocolate! In order to keep low sugar, for this recipe I used Hu no added sugar chocolate chips. They are a delicious low sugar chocolate made with clean ingredients. Use code GRACIE for 15% off.
Some other favorite low sugar chocolates I love are Lily’s and Bake Believe.
Could I use a different type of fruit?
Absolutely! This would be delicious with other berries or fruits like blueberries, pitted cherries, strawberries, blackberries or slices of banana.
