At this point I’ve made approx 4057 versions of my Healthy Cookie Dough Balls, but this one deserved its own blog post because it’s just got a lot of newness going on. Yeah, these Vanilla Chai CBD Cookie Dough Balls are in a league of their own.
Vanilla Chai CBD Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Ultra Vanilla Chai with CBD Hemp
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup cacao nibs
Directions:
- In a large bowl whisk together the cashew butter and honey.
- Mix in the Multi Collagen powder until combined, then the cacao nibs.
- Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill.
- Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Can be stored in fridge for about a week or in the freezer for longer. Makes 12-16 balls
Not only do these CBD Cookie Dough Balls include…well, CBD, they’re also packed with collagen and MCT oil thanks to the Ancient Nutrition collagen powder I used.
I also LOVED the vanilla chai flavor of these! I’m a peanut butter fiend, but this flavor with the cashew butter was a really nice way to switch it up. Plus the crunch of the cacao nibs added some great texture.
