Why These Are the Best No-Bake Dessert Recipes
As I said, on this list there is truly something for everyone! What I love the most about no-bake dessert recipes is the simplicity of them. They take minimal time and effort, but you still get an amazing result. In fact, some of these are my all-time favorite desserts (peep the peanut butter pie 👀). And another great thing about these treats is that a lot of them keep in the freezer, which means that you can have dessert on hand for when those cravings strike!
Of course, no-bake desserts are ideal for summertime when you don’t want to heat up your kitchen by turning on the oven. However, these desserts can be made any time of year. There is even one designed specifically for the fall!
Another thing to love about these recipes? They are total crowd-pleasers! Plus, they can easily be doubled (or even tripled!), making them perfect for parties. Also, many of these recipes can be made diet-friendly. Trust me, you’re going to find something to love on list.
1: Gluten-Free Oreo Fudge
Let this Gluten-Free Oreo Fudge satisfy all your dessert cravings in one bite. And that’s not even the best part. What is, you ask? Well, the fact that it takes only 3 ingredients to make and barely any effort! This basically tastes like cookies & cream ice cream, but in fudge form. And all you need to make this recipe gluten-free is GF Oreos!
2: Granola Monster Cookies
The moment the cookie craving hits, reach for these No-Bake Granola Monster Cookies. This recipe is fully loaded with decadent ingredients. While you might not have to bake them, they still have the flavor and texture of a traditional cookie thanks to the melted butter and oats. Plus, since they have oats and granola in them, you can totally have them for breakfast… right?! Right.
3: Frozen S’mores Bites
These Frozen S’mores Bites are the ideal dessert for summer — no campfire required! They’ll cool you down, and they pack all the flavors of a freshly toasted s’more in one bite. As if that wasn’t reason enough to make them, they are gluten- and grain-free! Plus, the recipe can be easily doubled, which you will probably need because they are a real crowd-pleaser.
4: Marshmallow Popcorn Treats
So, I originally made these Marshmallow Popcorn Treats to celebrate Valentine’s Day, but they are (of course!) good at any time of year. These are a unique twist on everyone’s favorite Rice Krispie Treats. It’s pretty much the same recipe, just swapping in popcorn instead. They’re also totally customizable for any occasion and I give some variations in the recipe!
5: Birthday Cake Protein Balls
These No-Bake Birthday Cake Protein Balls are such an easy and delicious way to sneak some more protein in! They make a great snack or dessert. And with just 7 ingredients needed, there’s no reason not to make them. Plus, they are good for up to 10 days in the fridge, great in the freezer, and they can be made vegan!
6: Peanut Butter Pie
So, this Peanut Butter Pie recipe gives you options. If you want to be fancy, you can make your own pie crust. However, if you want to go the no-bake route, then you use a pre-made crust. Trust me, using a pre-made crust does not affect the flavor, and I do it, too! And since you have to be super patient letting this pie set up in the fridge, every minute you can expedite here matters, you know?
7: Dairy-Free Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bites
Lemon + Blueberry = A Match Made in Heaven. The two are the dream combination of refreshing, light flavors. And both of them shine in this recipe for Dairy-Free Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bites. This treat is a delicious combination of sweet and tangy, creamy and crunchy (thanks to a delicious granola coating!). Plus, you’ll never believe they’re dairy-free!
8: Vegan Edible Cookie Dough
There is so much to love about this recipe for Vegan Edible Cookie Dough! Firstly, it has only 6 ingredients. Secondly, it takes only 5 minutes to make (yes, 5!). Thirdly, it’s grain- and gluten-free! I mean, it doesn’t get better. And even though this recipe is vegan, it still tastes super similar to OG cookie dough.
9: OG Healthy Cookie Dough Balls
I’m the type of girl that likes to have desserts on hand for when that sweet tooth kicks in. Luckily, these OG Healthy Cookie Dough Balls are always there for me — because they keep in the freezer! They can also keep in the fridge for a week, though I doubt they will last that long (; They taste just like cookie dough and instantly satisfy that sweet tooth. Plus, they are made with only four ingredients and are totally customizable!
10: Cake Batter Fudge
I love fudge and I love cake batter, so it only made sense to combine the two of them. Cake Batter Fudge is truly one the easiest and BEST desserts you can have. I’m telling you, this recipe is going to change your life. Oh, and did I mention it takes only 4 ingredients to make? You all went so crazy over it that I made Red Velvet version, too. That one is great to whip up around Christmastime.
11: Chocolate Coconut Bars
I first made these Chocolate Coconut Bars — AKA Copycat Mound Bars — for a family gathering, and they were an immediate hit. However, no one knew that they were made with good-for-you ingredients. Why? Because they still taste oh-so-decadent! The truth is, though, that this recipe is low in added sugar as well as gluten- and dairy-free.
12: Brownie Batter Stuffed Protein Cookie Dough Balls
In case you couldn’t tell, I think that the batter is one of the best parts of the dessert. And that is why I have dedicated myself to creating edible, healthier versions of batter. Now, this recipe combines my two favorites — cookie dough and brownie batter. Plus, Brownie Batter Stuffed Protein Cookie Dough Balls are, as the the name suggests, a great source of protein, which means they’re also perfect as a snack.
13: Nutella Brownie Batter Bites
Yes, more edible batter recipes! I told you I can’t get enough. Nutella Brownie Batter Bites are for all my chocolate lovers out there. I guarantee you these will satisfy your chocolate craving in just one bite. They are wildly delicious, simple, and made with just a few ingredients. Plus, they’re also gluten-free!
14: Frozen Peanut Butter Fudge Bars
Peanut butter and chocolate are my all-time favorite dessert combination. The possibilities with these two are endless, but I think this recipe might be one of my favorite ways to have it. Not only is Frozen Peanut Butter Fudge the EASIEST sweet treat, but it also happens to be: low carb/keto-friendly, vegan, gluten-free, AND low in sugar. Plus, you only need 3 ingredients!
15: Vegan Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Now, the fall and winter are notorious *baking* seasons. However, you can still have a cozy, warming recipe without actually, you know, warming the recipe. Vegan Pumpkin Fluff Dip is for all my non-bakers out there who want in on the seasonal pumpkin treats. The recipe could not be simpler or more delicious. I think it’s an ideal dish to bring to a Thanksgiving or potluck meal. Plus, it’s dairy- and gluten-free!
16: Vegan Cacao Maca Mousse with Coconut Whipped Cream
I love a good mousse (I’ve even made some high protein versions like this keto chocolate recipe and this dairy-free vanilla one). In my opinion, creamy and fluffy desserts are never a bad move, but I especially enjoy them in the summer months when you want something that’s a tad decadent but still on the lighter side. And this Cacao Maca Mousse with Coconut Whipped Cream is exactly that.
17: Healthier Homemade Dunkaroos Dip

20: Protein Peanut Butter Cups
My Protein Peanut Butter Cups are a healthier version of everyone’s favorite candy — Reese’s! They are made with only five ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes. It doesn’t get simpler (or more delicious!) than this, and you’d never know they’re made with better-for-you ingredients!
