In this post, I’ve gathered up some of *your* most-loved cookie recipes! Undoubtedly, you all are the best taste testers out there, and you’ve done an amazing job curating this list. So, without further ado, here are your most beloved cookies!
1: Soft & Chewy Salted S’mores Cookie
Truthfully, I believe Salted S’mores Cookies will be one of your new favorite recipes. They’re so soft, chewy, packed with all the deliciousness of s’mores. Plus, they are easy to make gluten-free with some simple swaps. Best part? You don’t even need a campfire to make them!
2: Gluten-Free Homemade Oatmeal Creme Pie
These Gluten-Free Homemade Oatmeal Creme Pies are so incredibly decadent and delicious! Chewy oatmeal cookies sandwiched with a fluffy, creamy marshmallow filling. As I have said, I love a good classic recipe, and this one is reminiscent of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies. However, my cookies are made with simpler ingredients and from scratch.
3: Hot Cocoa Cookies
Now, these Hot Cocoa Cookies are a piping cup of hot chocolate in the form of a cookie! Altogether, they’re rich and chocolatey with an ooey, gooey marshmallow center. Undoubtedly, this cookie is one that everyone will love. And it can be enjoyed long past the winter season… because why put a seasonal limit on pure joy, right?!

Plus, I include a recipe for homemade cream cheese frosting here, but if you want to make this recipe even easier then you can use store bought (I won’t tell!).
5: Healthier Soft Frosted Sugar Cookies
So, you know those packaged frosted sugar cookies they’ve sold at grocery stores since the beginning of time?? Of course you do, because they’re always strategically placed right where you enter. Well, those addicting little things are called Lofthouse cookies, and apparently it’s possible to make a copycat version of them that are not only just as good, but also happen to be grain-free, gluten-free, and no funky ingredients. And that’s what we have here with Healthier Soft Frosted Sugar Cookies.
6: Cookies & Cream Cookies
These Cookies & Cream Cookies are a fun and delicious twist on classic chocolate chip cookies, filled with crushed OREO cookies, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Both kids and adults will love them! Plus, they can be made gluten-free, and if you want to get really *wild* (and know what’s good for you), then I highly recommend turning them into ice cream sandwiches.
7: Flourless Monster Cookies
Flourless Monster Cookies have been a go-to recipe of mine for almost 10 years. I first shared them a few years ago, and since then they’ve not only been a favorite of mine, but they’ve also become a beloved cookie among Hungry Blondes! Now, this recipe is great if you’re hosting a gathering because it makes a HUGE batch, which is only right considering these cookies are a loaded, chunky, everything-but-the-kitchen-sink kind of deal.
8: Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
So, here at Hungry Blonde Headquarters we are big fans of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. Therefore, I figured: Why not turn one of the best ice cream flavors into an easy-to-make, delicious, and gluten-free cookie? Thus the recipe for Mint Chocolate Chip cookies was born. Truthfully, these cookies taste exactly like the ice cream (maybe even better?!). Plus, the center is pillowy-soft, but the outside still has a nice, light crunch to it.
9: Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you are looking for a Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie, then this is the recipe for you. Now, not only are these cookies delicious, but they’re also low sugar, grain-free and gluten-free. Plus, they are made with less than 10 ingredients and they’re keto-friendly. However, you’d never know by tasting them…
10: Fruity Pebbles Sugar Cookies
So, I used to think there was nothing better than a bowl of crunchy cereal with milk… until I baked that into cookie form. In truth, these Fruity Pebbles Sugar Cookies have pretty much made all of my childhood dreams come true. Plus, they’re gluten-free and kid-friendly!
11: Butterscotch Pretzel White Chocolate Chip Cookies
The best combination ever? Definitely, sweet & salty. Now, this recipe is *loaded* with flavors. Altogether, the butterscotch, white chocolate, and salty pretzel come together with some major salted caramel vibes. Plus, the pretzel on top gives a little crunch! If you know what’s good for you, then you’ll make a double batch of this recipe (;
12: Rocky Road Cookies
Chocolate, marshmallow, walnuts… need I say more?! These Rocky Road Cookies are a buffet of flavors and textures, inspired, of course, by the beloved ice cream flavor! If you want to make a recipe to wow everyone (and you love joy), then this is the recipe for you. Plus, they’re easy to make gluten-free.
13: Funfetti Cake Batter Cookie Sandwiches with Homemade Buttercream
Gluten-Free Cake Batter Cookie Sandwiches with Buttercream Frosting taste like a cookie and a piece of cake in one decadent bite. It’s a recipe kids and adults alike with devour. They are gluten- and grain-free as well as low in added sugar.
14: Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches
Meet your new favorite chocolate peanut butter dessert: Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches. Soft and fluffy chocolate cookies, studded with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and sandwiched with a rich and creamy peanut butter frosting filling. Plus, they’re gluten-free.
15: Butter Pecan Cookies
Butter Pecan Cookies are a unique combination of sweet and salty. Truthfully, this is one my *all-time* favorite combinations. They are chewy, buttery and melt in your mouth! You’re not going to be able to have just one. Plus, they can be made gluten-free.
16: Rice Krispie Cookies with Chocolate Chips
Who knew Rice Krispies make the best addition to cookies? The favorite cereal gives a delightful bit of crunch to the cookie and pairs so well with chocolate chips! That snap crackle pop mixed with the ooey-gooey center of these Rice Krispie Cookies is the combo you didn’t know you needed, but that you won’t be able to get enough of.
