Breakfast truly is *the most important* meal of the day. It’s the chance to set yourself up for success. Not only that, but it’s also the meal with the most ~options~. It’s the only meal of the day where it’s just as acceptable to have a sandwich as it is to have a sweet waffle. Plus, you can have it any time of day. When it comes to breakfast, the world really is your oyster. But one thing is for certain: These recipes will leave you feeling nourished and satisfied… no matter what recipe you choose or when you choose to enjoy it.
The Best Breakfasts Are…
Fill in the blank: The best breakfasts are the one that… you want! This list is full of options for you and your family. I have keto-friendly recipes and sweet recipes and copycat recipes. Most are quick & easy, which means they can be made before work/school. I always aim to create recipes with whole ingredients, and these are no exception. In addition, most of these breakfasts are protein-packed, which means they will keep you fuller, longer. Enjoy!

Cookies for breakfast? Say less. These Loaded Breakfast Cookies are for all my sweet breakfast fans out there. They’re vegan, gluten-free, made with clean ingredients, and are basically like a bowl of oatmeal in cookie form. Plus, they’re perfect to meal prep and eat all week long!
2: Honey Vanilla Banana Bread
I’m convinced that this is the *best* banana bread recipe EVER. Yes, I said it. My Honey Vanilla Banana Bread takes this classic recipe to the next level. It’s sweetened with honey (no refined sugar!) and has the fluffiest texture. Pro Tip: Top it with my peanut butter glaze.
3: Sausage Egg & Cheese Waffle
So you’re craving a waffle, but you want it to be… savory. At first that sounds counterintuitive, but then you realize that you can do whatever you want when it comes to breakfast! This Sausage Egg & Cheese Waffle might be the most ingenious way to use your waffle maker. Plus, it’s keto-friendly and loaded with protein to keep you satisfied.
4: Mom’s Hearty and Healthy Oatmeal Muffins
When I go back home, my mom always makes her famous Hearty and Healthy Oatmeal Muffins. They are loaded with good-for-you ingredients. Plus, they keep perfect in the freezer, so you can have an instant breakfast whenever you want — just pop in the microwave! Top with butter and a bit of jam to take these to the next level.

7: Copycat McDonald’s Egg McMuffin
When I was young, my dad drove me through McDonald’s on special mornings. Without fail, we’d always get an Egg McMuffin & Hashbrowns. Nowadays, I don’t get eat quite as much fast food; however, that doesn’t mean I don’t still crave it (; This recipe for Copycat McDonald’s Egg McMuffin & Hash Brown Breakfast might be even tastier than the real thing… and it’s made with better-for-you ingredients.

Now, this might be one of my best recipes. You all went crazy when I shared my Keto Garlic & Herb Biscuits, so I knew that I needed to make another version. These Keto Everything Biscuits are the perfect breakfast vehicle. Enjoy with sausage and gravy (a classic, hearty breakfast!) or pair them with my Perfect Soft Scrambled Eggs!
9: Banana Nut Graham Cracker Muffins
If you’ve never tried muffins made with graham crackers, then you need this recipe. Who knew that graham crackers made such good muffin flour? We all know avocado toast, but have you tried ricotta toast? In truth, it might be even *better* than avocado toast. But you can be the judge after you try this Apple Cinnamon Ricotta Toast, a fall inspired-breakfast that pairs perfect with the warm & cozy season. However, by simply switching up the toppings, this breakfast goes all year-round!
12: Classic Pumpkin Bread
Make pumpkin a year-round flavor. My Classic Pumpkin Bread is so good that you’ll want to enjoy it far past the fall season, and I won’t blame you! This recipe is simple and fail-proof. It’s best enjoyed warm with a nice cup of coffee. Plus, it can be made both gluten-free and vegan. This is one of my go-to breakfast recipes. PB&J Overnight Oats are a quick, easy, and filling breakfast that pack a punch of flavor! The best part? There’s no cooking in the morning, because you make these the night before. I load them up with protein and nutrients, so this meal will keep you going all morning long. Plus, you can use this as a recipe as a base and switch up ingredients to keep things interesting!
14: S’mores Baked Oats
Enter your new favorite baked oats recipe! These S’mores Baked Oats are the perfect combo for summer, but I think s’mores should be enjoyed all year round (; All you have to do to make the best breakfast ever is throw the ingredients in a blender and then into the oven. We love a simple meal in the morning.
