Easy single-serving vegan cookie bowl, ready in just 2 minutes! Gluten-free, grain-free, single serving recipe for when you need a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons creamy cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons super fine almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl mix together cashew butter, maple syrup & vanilla
  2. Mix in almond flour and baking powder until fully combined, then mix in chocolate chips
  3. In the same bowl (or transfer to a ramekin) microwave for 45 seconds. Top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream
